Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
• Orders are processed once debit/credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders typically take 5 to 10 business days, please allow 14 business days for shipments to remote locations
• Orders can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging
• We do not offer Refunds, returns can however be exchanged for any item of equal value within the store
• We do not offer pre-paid returns, so the customer is responsible for the payment of postage for the returned item
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will require photographic evidence within 2 days of receiving the product. Please provide the photographic evidence to info@Omaakabyoma.com
